What ages are your products meant for?

All of our products are meant for ages 3+ and for children who are no longer exploring with their mouths. Our wooden toys are not meant for teethers. Some small parts could be a choking hazard. Please always monitor your children while using our toys

What do you use to paint your toys? 

We used a certified non-toxic paint and coat it with a beeswax/oil to help protect the paint and wood. 

How do I clean wooden toys? 

Once toys haven been played with and well loved dirt, scuffs and paint transfer may occur. Always wipe with a clean damp cloth. Never submerge into water or use cleaners. To further protect your wooden toys you can reapply your favourite beeswax oil as need. As wood is a natural material it can chip/splinter. Please always check your toys for normal wear and tear.

My order doesn't look like how it did on the website?

Colours in person may vary from screen to screen. Each product is hand painted/wood burned and each product may have slight variations. These little details make your item truly one of a kind. 

Wood is a natural element and wood grain, colour will vary. Your piece may have more/less markings than shown. We always pick the nicest pieces, but there will be some variation. 

What is your turnaround time? 

All of our wooden toys have a processing time of 1-2 weeks to fulfill. 

Custom items like keychains or bowling sets can take 1-3 weeks to fulfill

Please keep this in mind when ordering if needed by a certain date. Shipping times are additional to this

Can I return/exchange my order? 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns/exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or if there was an error please email us at whiskeyrosestudio@gmail.com so we can address the issue
